Every day our sophisticated real-time monitoring platform analyses the prices that we have obtained. For every price we look at 3 dimensions:
- Correctness - using a step of rigourous automated steps we validate the the price you see on a webpage is indeed the price the API is providing
- Completeness - we validate we have prices available in the platform for all priceable regions of New Zealand for every major provider and their associated plans.
- Volatility- we review the frequency that prices change, ensuring that price volatility is as expected
By carefully monitoring these said dimensions we are able to build measurable, objective confidence in our price quality. So much so that our core data backing the monitoring platform is also available as an API for our customers (learn more).
